Tim was easy to work with, he scheduled the inspection quickly and did a thorough job. Since I live out of the area, after Tim physically inspected the home, we connected by phone and he walked me through a virtual tour, explained the issues he encountered and how to address them. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The inspection report was well done and easy to navigate.

I am glad I chose Tim to perform my home inspection. He was very communicative and open to any question. He spent a lot of time after inspection walking around the property with us, going over our questions and concerns. His format was easy to read and included many photos. His color-coded report made it easy to focus on the most vital red flags. He was clear in his area of expertise and was quick to make a referral to a specialist . The seller was in attendance, following him around asking questions which was not supposed to happen and he treated her respectfully despite her interference. He is a personable fellow and easy to approach. I have paid more for inspections in the past so I chose him on his value, his previous reviews, website and our initial conversation.

Timothy did a great job capturing the issues with the house, major and minor. The completed report was detailed and included great photos of his findings. As we were not able to see the house in person, he did great to complete a report that was as clear to us as walking through the house. There was great communication in setting up the appointment and reviewing the report with him on the phone. He was able to explain his findings in detail and answered any questions we had.
